Bed Head Panelsshall be built by Bed Head Panel Manufacturers from aluminum
extrusion with round and smooth outline corners and will be 180cm in length per
patient. The unit shall have three physically unglued sections (for low and
extra-low-voltage electrical amenities and medical gas amenities). The Bed Head
Panel will provide a harmless, efficient means of delivering facilities to
patients/staff in both general and special care applications. 

The Bed HeadPanel will have smooth bent surfaces and no noticeable screws. Connection of
the Bed Head Panel will be carried out effortlessly by aluminum rail brackets
which allow humble horizontal and vertical alignment considering any wall high
spots or jaggedness. Elimination of the covers for upkeep and pipeline
connection shall be effortless. 

The Bed HeadPanel supplied by BedHead Panel Suppliers shall comprise several modular extrusionsaccomplished of being joined together to form a carcass to suit the particular
application. The unit shall have a backspin which will include an area that is
95x22mm for medical gas tubes. Separation of amenities ie. Extra low voltage
(< 48 volts), low voltage (< 500 volts), and medical air shall be upheld
throughout. Medical Gas and Electrical facilities will be separated by a
separator inside the unit. Electric power feedings will be 220V/50Hz. 

The centralcompartment of the Bed Head Panel will be used for medical gas outlets and
electrical services but gas facilities and electric amenities shall be
physically separated. The upper and lower sections of the Bed Head Panel will
be used for reading and indirect lights and essential electrical wirings. The
lower shelter of the Bed Head Panel shall have a 60cm opening for 1x18W reading
light illumination. The upper shelter of the unit will have two 60 cm openings
for unintentional light illumination. There will be see-through glass molded
from SAN material. A reflector sheet will be used under interpretation and
indirect light to improve the illumination. Both sides of the Bed Head Panel
will be shut by aluminum covers. All cables and workstation blocks used inside
the Bed Head Panel shall be non-flammable kind. Electronic start bulk shall be
used for interpretation and indirect lights. 

The unitshall be mass-produced by BedHead Panel Manufacturers in arrangement with forth-coming globaland European canons, ISO 11197 and EN 793 for “Medical Supply Units” to HTM
2015 and 2022 and the latest version of IEE and NEC rules. 

The aluminumextrusion unit will have an electrostatic powder paint surface on all exterior
exteriors. The Bed Head Panel will be provided pre-piped, pre-wired, and fully
verified. The least mounting height of the component shall be 1.7 meters from
the finished floor level. All detachable shelters of the unit shall be
earthed.  

The normalarray of Patient Bed Head Panel bought from Bed Head Panel Dealers will
be “CE” manifest under the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC with endorsement
body number. Under this instruction, the stated products shall be categorized
as Class IIa Medical Machines.
